Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 4, 2026
Raaz is anonymous by design. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our confession wall at raaz-confessions.netlify.app, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Confessions you post: the text you write, the random alias assigned to it, the time of posting, and reactions (likes) from readers.
- Technical data: basic, non-identifying information needed to run the site (such as anonymous session identifiers).
2. Information we do NOT collect
- We do not ask for or store your name, email address, or phone number.
- No account or signup is required to read or post confessions.
- We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics that identify you.
Please do not include personal details (real names, phone numbers, addresses) in your confessions — our house rules forbid it, and such posts are removed.
3. How we store data
Confessions are stored securely in our database (Supabase). Access to stored data is restricted and protected by strict access rules.
4. Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may store small local preferences (such as which posts you liked) on your own device only.
5. Content moderation & removal
Posts that break our house rules (hate, personal details, vulgar or dishonest content) are removed by moderators. If you want a post removed, contact us via our Contact page with the post details.
6. Children's privacy
Raaz is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will always show the latest version.
